If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund. We will do our best to match you with a virtual coach and preceptor. Sometimes things don't work out and we understand that.

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching option again. We want you to become the best you, that you can be. Your virtual preceptor will work with you on how best to leverage your time.
